This recipe for vegan Chili Cheese Fries is a nutritious and delicious comfort food!

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 15oz can pinto beans
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 batch cheesy sauce


  • Cut the potatoes into wedges. Bake at 375 degrees until soft, approximately 40 minutes.
  • In the meantime, cook the onion until soft, add the tomatoes, beans, and spices, and cook another few minutes.
  • Pour chili over pre-cooked potatoes and top with premade cheesy sauce. Bake an additional 20 minutes.
