B12 VEGAN

Vitamin B12 is produced by bacteria, not animals or plants. It’s something we all need but can no longer get reliably, so this is the one thing you will need to supplement. Some vegan foods like non-dairy milk and nutritional yeast are fortified with B12. But you should probably also take it in supplement form to be sure you are getting enough.
