Tofu Scramble

Full of protein and delicious!


  • 1/2 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups crumbled firm tofu


  • Sauté onion until soft.
  • Meanwhile, mix the nutritional yeast, dill, garlic powder, turmeric, salt and pepper with the water to make a thick sauce.
  • Add the tofu to the skillet. Pour over the sauce, stir to combine, and cook for a few minutes.
  • Serve with your favourite veggies and enjoy!
