Easy to make no oil pesto!
Course Dressing


  • 2 cups packed basil
  • 1 cup packed spinach or arugula
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 8 oz extra firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Salt to taste


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if needed for blending.
  • Enjoy on top of pasta or pizza, along with some Nutty Parm. Keeps in the fridge for a few days or can be frozen for later.
