  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup fortified plant-based milk
  • 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp or ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Combine all ingredients, cover and store overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Add maple syrup if desired.
  • Stir and enjoy!
