Healthy dessert never tasted so good!

  • 1/2 a block of firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 4 bananas
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or 4 softened pitted Medjool dates
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder


  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add more cocoa powder or a little peanut butter for a more intense flavour.
  • Top with your favourite berries. Makes 4 delicious servings.
