This vegan chocolate overnight oat recipe offers you a delicious start to the day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup berries (fresh or thawed)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp or ground flax seed
  • 1 cup oat or soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Place the oats, berries and seeds in a bowl.
  • Blend or mash together the milk, banana, and cocoa powder, and pour over the oats.
  • Mix everything together, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir and enjoy!
    Serves 2.
