Cashew Sour Cream

High protein, no cholesterol


  • 1.5 cups raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Soak cashews in 1.5 cups hot water for 30 minutes.
  • Combine the soaked cashews and soaking water with all other ingredients and process in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add more water if necessary to adjust desired thickness.
